Get tips on boosting your balance and preventing falls, while getting some gentle exercise! Join SMH's Rehab and Stroke teams, along with the Friendship Centers' team, for a
tai chi-inspired class, followed by a discussion on how to improve balance, stay active and eat healthy. The event will end with a walk around the beautiful Friendship Centers park.
