Transition to Dragon Dictation – Effective February 16th 2026
Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is transitioning from traditional dictation to Dragon, a structured note format, effective February 16, 2026. This change is part of our ongoing effort to enhance documentation efficiency and consistency across patient care.
Most providers are already using structured notes and will experience little to no impact. For those currently using traditional dictation, educational resources and support materials have been developed to assist with the transition.
