Know your risk! Join HealthConnection to learn about fall risk reduction. We will provide accurate and individualized balance and fall risk assessments for each participant. Attendees will receive a copy of their personal fall risk assessment results, as well as recommendations for risk reduction.
There is no charge to attend, but Reservations are requested as seating is limited. Open to the Public
