Michelle McLeroy

Michelle McLeroy, MSN, RNC-MNN, IBCLC- OB Nurse Navigator

With over twelve years of experience in maternal and newborn health, I have worked in roles including preceptor, charge nurse, clinical coordinator, lactation nurse, and childbirth educator. I'm passionate about empowering pregnant women and new families through education and meaningful support.

support during such a meaningful and transformative time in their lives. It is a privilege to be able to partner with families throughout their pregnancy journey. Whether meeting with families virtually or in person, I enjoy creating a safe and welcoming space where they can ask questions, express concerns, and feel confident in the care they are receiving. Being able to guide, educate, and empower families as they prepare to welcome their new baby is the most rewarding aspect of my role.

Kate Nagle

Kate Nagle, RN, BSN- OB Nurse Navigator

With experience in pediatric emergency care and labor and delivery, I've had the privilege of supporting families through some of their most meaningful moments. I also enjoyed teaching nursing students during their L&D rotations, helping guide the next generation of nurses.

As an OB Nurse Navigator with the Pregnancy Care team, I love that I have the opportunity to connect with moms, guide them through stressful or uncertain moments, and help them access the resources they need to feel supported and empowered. I'm grateful to be part of such an incredible team and proud to work for an organization committed to serving the community.

Kayle Valentich

Kayla Valentich, BSN, RN, CBC, CPST- OB Nurse Navigator

Before becoming a nurse, I earned a bachelor's degree in Family and Child Sciences, which strengthened my passion for supporting women and children. I began my nursing career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) where I spent seven years providing compassionate care to our most vulnerable patients and families. This experience laid the foundation for my current role as an OB Nurse Navigator, where I now have the privilege of guiding and supporting patients through their pregnancy journey.

As an OB Nurse Navigator I love that I can build meaningful connections with patients while offering education and support during such a pivotal time in their lives. Many of our patients come to us seeking not only someone to truly listen to them but also an advocate who will stand by them throughout their journey. It is incredibly rewarding to walk alongside them as they navigate their pregnancies and embrace their new roles as parents.

If you have any questions about pregnancy care, birth planning, or hospital services, our navigators are here to help you find the answers you need, so you can be prepared and supported every step of the way.
